Claremont Renewable Energy, a Minnesota Cooperative, is offering Class A Units to Minnesota residents or entities who agree to deliver corn. We are offering a minimum of 10,400,000 Units and a maximum of 21,000,000 Units at a purchase price of $3.50 per Unit. The minimum subscription by an investor in this offering is 5,000 Units (a $17,500 minimum investment). Each subscription must be accompanied by a cash deposit of $500 and an executed promissory note for the remaining balance.
